If you're looking for the best stain for hardwood decks in a water-based product, then look no further. Deck Stain for Hardwoods is a VOC Compliant stain that penetrates wood pores to block out water and provide long-lasting protection from weather damage.

No Problem on Oil-Rich & Dense Wood

Interior or Exterior smooth hardwood surfaces such as wood siding, decks, outdoor wood furniture, or other hardwood areas are the perfect application point of DEFY Deck Stain for Hardwoods.  Deck Stain for Hardwoods comes ready to use in Cedar Tone, Light Walnut, and Natural Pine. Finding a cedar or redwood deck stain product that works well can be difficult, as most stains have trouble penetrating oil-rich or dense wood types. Deck Stain for Hardwoods specifically engineered smaller resins penetrate better helping to remove surface buildup and peeling. This is a unique product unlike anything you have ever used, however, do not use on more porous surfaces like pressure treated lumber, pine, cedar log siding, or rough sawn lumber.  For these surfaces use DEFY Extreme Wood Stain instead.

Simple to Maintain

DEFY Deck Stain for Hardwoods will give you years of protection with light maintenance needs. When the wood begins to fade and can no longer support water beading simply reapply a light maintenance coat. Occasional cleaning with mild detergent and water will often restore treated surfaces to their original appearance. There is no need to strip the deck every time. DEFY Deck Stains meet the Green Performance Standards of the Master Painters Institute.
